BETTERTONAt 28th April, 1932, there were 480,438 persons on the registers of Employment Exchanges in Great Britain with no claim admitted either for insurance benefit or for transitional payments. This number included 129,919 uninsured persons, and 67,724 insured persons with claims under consideration.
