§ The SECRETARY of STATE for the HOME DEPARTMENT (Sir Herbert Samuel)This committee was a committee of the Police Council. The whole question of the administrative economies will be reviewed in due course by the Council itself, but it is not contemplated that any report from the committee will be published.
