§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the WAR OFFICE (Mr. Duff Cooper)The number of workers discharged from the Royal Army Clothing Factory since the beginning of December, 1931, is 326. I am unable to say how many of these workers have obtained employment, but I am informed that 45 have actually been placed by the Ministry of Labour and 43 others are traced as having passed from the Ministry of Labour's registers into employment.
