§ Sir H. SAMUELAs I have explained in reply to previous questions, this Committee is composed entirely of representatives nominated by the authorities responsible for the licensing of cinemas. It is for these authorities to select the persons who appear to be best qualified to perform the duties for which the Committee was constituted.
