§ 48. Mr. ALED ROBERTSasked the Minister of Health whether, in view of the fact that in some cases under Section 26 of the Housing Act of 1930 charges incurred during the construction of houses, such as loan charges on the land and interest on money paid to building contractors, are being disallowed in arriving at the ultimate capital cost of the houses, he will make it clear to local government auditors that such charges during construction must be taken into account?
