12. Mr. RHYS

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is satisfied that China is properly carrying out the Rendition Treaty of Wei-hai-wei, particularly as regards Articles XIV and XVII?

Sir J. SIMON

I have received no complaints regarding the execution of the Rendition Agreement either on general grounds or in respect of the particular articles mentioned by my hon. Friend.

Mr. RHYS

If I am able to bring information to his notice, will the right hon. Gentleman look into it?

Sir J. SIMON

I shall be obliged if the hon. Member will do so.
