Mr. CHAMBERLAINAmounts ranging from £2,226 to £2,791 per annum in respect of rates on Dartmoor Prison have been paid during the last 10 years to the rating authority in whose area the prison is situate. The prison authorities have, no doubt, benefited in common with other ratepayers from the services rendered by the county and district authorities.
