§ Mr. COLVILLEAs I informed my hon. Friend on 3rd May detailed particulars regarding exchange restrictions have been widely disseminated by the Department of Overseas Trade and the Board of Trade Journal, which is published weekly, reproduces much of this information.
§ Mr. CHORLTONCan the hon. Member say whether the Board of Trade Journal gives the returns and not the payments? The returns will be useless unless we know that the goods are paid for.
§ Mr. COLVILLEThe Board of Trade Journal reproduces certain information which the Department of Overseas Trade sends out in a special register indicating the difficulties in certain foreign markets and the new restrictions imposed by foreign Governments.
