§ Sir J. SIMONAt the present session of the Council of the League of Nations, which opened on Monday last, His Majesty's Government are represented by my hon. Friend the Member for Warwick and Leamington, and by Viscount Cecil of Chelwood. At the next session, which will he held in September, I hope to be present myself.
