§ Sir J. SIMONI would remind the hon. Member that, as has been previously stated in this House, under existing rules of procedure at Geneva publicity is only given in regard to petitions the examination of which by a committee of three members of the Council has been completed. I regret, therefore, that I am 1534 not in a position to supply the information desired.
