§ 25. Mr. HALL-CAINEasked the Minister of Health whether, in view of the difficulty of understanding the Town and Country Planning Bill, he will consider the desirability of issuing to Members of the House a memorandum explaining the proposals of this Measure?
Sir H. YOUNGI do not think that it is necessary to issue a general memorandum, but I will send my hon. Friend a copy of a statement dealing with compensation and betterment prepared by me for the information of Members of the Standing Committee.
