asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he is aware that many drivers of motor cars disregard the speed limit in Regent's Park, especially after dark; and whether he will take steps to se that the law is enforced?

Special attention is already given by the police to this class of offence, and 422 cases, including 190 arising after dusk, were reported during the three months ended 19th March, 1932. 144 of these cases are still pending, in 243 convictions were obtained, and the remaining 35 were dealt with by a caution.
