§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Mr. Eden)There are about 120 destitute British 274 subjects in Russia. Relief, to which His Majesty's Government contribute, is administered by the British subjects in Russia Relief Association, and by His Majesty's consular officers.
