ADAMSasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether any steps have now been taken to give effect to the statement made in the Prime Minister's letter to Dr. Weizmann, on 13th February, 1931, that it is the intention of His Majesty's Government to institute an inquiry as soon as possible to ascertain what State and other lands in Palestine are, or can properly be made, available for close settlement by Jews?
