Mr. DAGGARasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether his attention has been called to the report presented by the health section of the League of Nations to the Council on 25th January, 1932, in which note is made of the generous response of the Governments of Denmark, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Egypt, France, and Norway to the appeal for assistance for the flood victims in China; and, in view of this response, whether His Majesty's Government will reconsider its decision not to grant any assistance?
