§ Mr. RUNCIMANAccording to the navigation returns furnished to the Board of Trade the numbers of vessels that arrived, in the foreign trade, at ports of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, with cargo for discharge at the port of arrival, during the weeks ended 15th, 22nd and 29th February, 1932, were 934, 1,116 and 1,455, respectively.
