Mr. BUCHANANasked the Minister of Labour if he is aware that at the Glasgow Central Exchange persons whose cases are being heard before the court of referees are denied the right of asking the court to be allowed to appeal to the Umpire, and are merely handed the court's decision outside the court; and whether, as this is contrary to practice in all other courts, where the person concerned is allowed to be present when the court announce their decision, he proposes taking any action in this matter?
