Sir H. YOUNGCertainly I can hold out no hope at the present time of their being available to Members of the House before that time.
§ Mr. WILLIAMSCould these proposals, when they are ready, be circulated to Members so that they may be able to examine them before the reassembly of Parliament?
§ Mr. MAXTONIs there any certainty that the Government will be able to produce them?
Sir H. YOUNGAt the present time, as I have said in reply to the hon. Member opposite, I am unable to give any undertaking as to the time when they will be introduced.
