§ The FIRST COMMISSIONER of WORKS (Mr. Ormsby-Gore)I am circulating in the OFFICIAL REPORT a list of gifts to the Royal parks since March, 1930. It always gives me great pleasure to receive such gifts, and I am very grateful of this opportunity of expressing my thanks to the donors. I should like to take this special opportunity of thanking 1635 Members of Parliament who have subscribed to the pictures of the ducks which will shortly be reinstated.
