§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAThe order to which the hon. Member refers was made by virtue of the powers conferred upon the Board of Trade by section 109 of the Companies (Consolidation) Act, 1908. The inspector appointed was Mr. Gilbert D. Shepherd, F.C.A., of Cardiff, and his report was forwarded to the applicants and to the company on 1st June, 1928.
