Mr. HALESasked the Postmaster General whether he is aware that certain parcels containing liquid gold, posted in Germany, have taken from 15 to 18 days in reaching their destination in North Staffordshire; and whether he will take steps to discover the reason of the delay and arrange for a quicker delivery in future of such parcels?
