That this House will upon Tuesday next, resolve itself into a Committee to consider the surpluses and deficits upon Navy, Army and Air grants for the year ended 31st March, 1931, and the application of surpluses to meet expenditure not provided for in the grants for that year."— [Captain Margesson.]
