§ Mr. PYBUSApplications to the Traffic Commissioners are not classified according to the size of the business of the applicant or whether it represents a combination of operators; it is not possible, therefore, for me to supply my hon. Friend with the information for which he asks. I may say, however, that there were at the end of 1931 nearly 6,000 operators who owned less than 10 public service vehicles.
