Resolved, That, for the purpose of any Act of the present Session to amend the Patents and Designs Acts, 1907 to 1928, it is expedient to authorise the expenses of the Appeal Tribunal to be constituted under the said Act to be defrayed as if the Tribunal were a Court of the High Court of Justice."—(King's Recommendation signified.)—[Mr. Hore-Belisha.]
