asked the First Commissioner of Works whether, before arriving at any final decision regarding restrictions on horse riding in Richmond Park, he will receive a repre- sentative deputation from those who are accustomed to take exercise in the park in this manner, with a view to reaching agreement acceptable to all interested parties?

I am in communication with Lord Mildmay of Flete, the President of the National Horse Association, and have offered to receive a deputation before coming to any final decisions.
