§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERIndividual colonies will not be separately represented at the Ottawa Conference. As at previous Imperial Conferences the interests of the Colonial Empire will be represented by the Secretary of State for the Colonies; and I would refer my hon. Friend to the statement on this subject made by the Lord President in the Debate on the 16th June.
