§ Sir J. SIMONMy information is, though of course I cannot bind the Court of International Justice, that it may be hoped for in the month of August. It is right to say that the distinguished British representative, Sir William Malkin, was necessarily taken off to Lausanne in connection with the work there, and that involved a short delay.
