Mr. ADAMSIs not that an American firm or a firm at least that is controlled by Americans; and if that be conceded is it not somewhat impolitic to allow the British Industries Fair to be advertised by a firm which is virtually foreign?
§ Mr. COLVILLEI think my hon. Friend is mistaken. The contract was fixed after consultation with the Publicity Committee of the Fair, which is representative of all sections.
