§ Mr. BALDWINThe reports of these Committees are very carefully considered and the decisions of the Government on their several recommendations will be announced in due course. The Treasury minutes on these reports are usually published in the Autumn, and while all expedition will be used, the complexity of some of the issues involved may preclude an earlier announcement on the present occasion.
