The SECRETARY of STATE for DOMINION AFFAIRS (Mr. J. H. Thomas)As I explained in my reply on 233 the 23rd of February to the hon. Members for Colchester (Mr. O. Lewis) and Bournemouth (Sir H. Croft) His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom would not seek to exclude beforehand any proposal which may be made. They do not, however, propose to initiate discussion of the question of setting up import boards in this country.
