§ Mr. EDENI assume that my hon. Friend refers to the 5 per cent. loan of 1909, which was issued in London on behalf of the Government of Montenegro. I have no information regarding the present position of this loan and I would suggest that my hon. Friend refers his inquiry to the Council of Foreign Bond-holders.
