Friend, and regarded by His Majesty's Government as entitled to claim diplomatic immunity: France, 23; Germany, 26; Italy, 17; Spain, 10; Soviet Union, 20; Belgium, 13; Norway, 5; Sweden, 19. These figures do not include wives and children of the officials concerned, nor domestic servants.
