§ Sir J. GILMOURMy Department has been for some time past and still is in communication with representatives of the fruit growers and of the insecticides and fungicides manufacturers. I hope that these negotiations will lead to a measure of agreement as to the declaration of the minimum percentages of certain active constituents of the principal standard preparations.
