asked the Minister of Health how many slum clearance schemes have been approved in Lancashire, and in which towns, since the passing of the Housing Act of 1930?

72 clearance areas have been declared in Lancashire. I am sending my hon. Friend a list of the towns concerned.

Mr. TINKER

The right hon. Gentleman has said he will send a list of the towns to the hon. Gentleman who asked the question, and I wish to ask whether we cannot have it printed in the OFFICIAL REPORT, as it may be useful to us all.

  5. Newton-in-Makerfield.
  6. Orrell.
  7. Prestwich.
  8. Swinton and Pendlebury.
