§ 80. Sir A. KNOXasked the Minister of Agriculture when he proposes to set up the three commissions for the reorganisation of the milk, bacon, and potato trades; and whether, when these commissions are appointed, he will fix a date by which they will be instructed to furnish their reports?
§ Sir J. GILMOURI propose to set up a Reorganisation Commission for milk and an inquiry into bacon without avoidable delay. The appointment of the potato commission will be proceeded with as soon as I am satisfied that this course is desired by growers. With regard to the second part of the question, I will consider my hon. and gallant Friend's suggestion.
§ Sir A. KNOXIs there any reason why these commissions should not have been set up three months ago?
