Sir B. EYRES MONSELLThe cruisers "Achilles," "Neptune" and "Orion" were laid down on the 11th June, 24th September and 26th September, 1931, respectively. Work is proceeding normally on all three vessels with a view to the "Achilles" being launched in September, 1932, and the "Neptune" and "Orion" early in 1933.
