§ Mr. RUNCIMANNo general representations regarding Customs tariffs have been made to foreign Governments since October last, though particular cases have been taken up as occasion required. The question of the tariff treatment of United Kingdom goods in the Dominions is now under review in connection with the forthcoming Imperial Economic Conference at Ottawa.

Major NATHANasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will have compiled, for the information of the House, materials illustrating the process of tariff fixation and regulation in the United States, France, Germany, Belgium, and other countries whose industrial conditions are comparable to our own?
