asked the President of the Board of Trade what proportion of British export trade to the total export trade in 1931 is represented by British exports to the Dominions and to the rest of the Empire States, respectively?

Mr. RUNCIMAN

Of the total declared value of the domestic exports of merchandise from the United Kingdom to all destinations during 1931, consignments to the Dominions and to other British countries amounted to 25.5 per cent. and 18.3 per cent. respectively.
