§ The SECRETARY of STATE for INDIA (Sir Samuel Hoare)With effect from the 1st of December, 1931, a cut of 10 per cent. inclusive of the October enhancement of Income Tax rates has been made in the pay of all British officers of the Army in India. I have not heard of any resignations resulting there from.
