HC Deb 12 February 1932 vol 261 c1163
Mr. LANSBURY

May I ask the Patronage Secretary if he has any information to give the House with regard to Business?

The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the TREASURY (Captain Margesson)

From conversations which have taken place through the usual channels, it is considered unlikely that the Debate on the Time-Table Motion for the Import Duties Bill will be unduly prolonged. In this case, an opportunity will be available on Wednesday for a Debate on Unemployment on a Motion to be tabled by the Opposition.

Mr. LANSBURY

We are much obliged to the Patronage Secretary for his courtesy in this matter. We will put on the Order Paper a Notice of the Motion we intend to move.
