§ The ASSISTANT POSTMASTER-GENERAL (Mr. Graham White)Weights and scales which are the property of the Post Office are tested by officers of the Department twice a year at head and branch Post Offices and once a year at sub-Offices. Additional tests are made at any time if there is reason to think that the weights or scales are inaccurate.
