§ The LORD PRESIDENT of the COUNCIL (Mr. Baldwin)I am informed by the Imperial Communications Advisory Committee that the report of the committee which they set up has now been submitted to them and is being examined. The question whether or no the report will be published is a matter for the Advisory Committee, who will doubtless consider it in due course.
