Resolved,
That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1928, and the Grampian Electricity Supply Acts, 1922 to 1930, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, and the Public Works Facilities Act, 1930, to increase the capital and borrowing powers of the Grampian Electricity Supply Company, which was presented on the 19th day of November, 1931, be approved."—[Mr. Pybus.]
