Mr. HALL-CAINEasked the Minister of Health whether, with a view to encouraging greater economy in local government, he will consider the desirability of instituting a scheme of subjecting the accounts of six or more local authorities to a special annual audit, the names of such local authorities to be drawn by ballot?
