§ Mr. PYBUSWhile agreeing that the total taxation of a motor vehicle and of the fuel used by it is in general appreciably greater in this country than in the United States of America, I am not in a position to give the comparable figures asked for by my hon. Friend, as the basis and rate of taxation in the United States varies from State to State and municipal taxes are also collected on varying bases.
