§ Sir K. WOODIn reply to the first half of the question, the number of Russian poles purchased is nil; the number of Scandinavian is 123,000 delivered in 1931, and 82,000 delivered in 1932. The reply to the second half of the question is in the affirmative, as regards Swedish, but not as regards any other language.
