§ Lieut.-Colonel HEADLAMThe schemes of the Durham County Council are being considered with those of other authorities, with due regard to their relative importance and urgency and to the financial position.
§ Mr. BATEYAre we likely to have an answer quickly on account of urgency, and the need for some work being found this winter?
§ Lieut.-Colonel HEADLAMI am well aware, no one more so, of the urgency of the need in the county of Durham, and I can assure the hon. Member that we shall be as quick as we possibly can.
