§ Major ELLIOTI am afraid that I cannot give any close indication. I saw the Chairman yesterday, and I shall be seeing him again next week. The Report has already gone to the printers, but I cannot say when I shall be able to make a definite statement.
§ Mr. REMERIs it not the fact that we were promised that we should have the report before Christmas?
