§ Sir K. WOODAs I have already stated, the Government have accepted the unanimous recommendation of Lord Bridgeman's Committee that there should be established a Post Office Board representative of the various Post Office functions. As a, preliminary step, discussions are now taking place with the Treasury as to the financial relationship of the Post Office to the Exchequer upon which the financial duties of the Board will depend.
