§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the BOARD of TRADE (Dr. Burgin)The rules prescribing payment of renewal fees in respect of the 15th and 16th years of a patent were made by the Board of 1406 Trade with the approval of the Treasury on the 25th February, 1920, under the authority conferred by Section 65 of the Patents and Designs Act, 1907. These fees have been continued by new rules made on the 25th October, 1932, by the Board of Trade with the approval of the Treasury under the same statutory authority.
